The Pleasure Order — Structural Overview (Stabilized Revision) A Unified Framework of Directionality Across Natural-Ω and Civilizational-Ω

Abstract

Status: Canonical Structural Overview This document provides the canonical structural backbone of The Pleasure Order. Official entry (orientation document): https://zenodo.org/records/17982736 All other materials are non-normative. The Pleasure Order — Structural Overview serves as the canonical structural reference of The Pleasure Order, following the Entry Point definition document. It presents a unified theory explaining how long-term directionality originates, stabilizes, transforms, and collapses across all scales of reality. This work proposes a scale-invariant structural theory in which the same directionality variables — Ω (Directionality Potential), dΩ/dt (Valence Flux), and dC/dt (Coherence Flux) — govern matter, life, mind, and civilization. The overview presents the scale-integrated structural backbone of the theory, demonstrating that identical directional laws apply continuously: from non-life physical systems, to biological self-maintaining systems, to human reflexive cognition, and ultimately to societies and civilizations. The framework clarifies how directionality: emerges from external gradients, becomes self-maintaining in living systems, turns reflexive within human cognition, and scales into macro-level civilizational dynamics. This document focuses exclusively on the structural backbone and scale-invariant principles of the theory. It does not introduce new concepts, applications, or prescriptions. Full mathematical formulations, formal variable definitions, and applied analyses are provided in separate core and applied works. Related developments include: PureCore — formal definition of cognitive directionality Valence Order Theory (VOT) — formalization of Ω and dΩ/dt Applied analyses of Life-Ω, Social-Ω, and Civilizational-Ω These related works are available via the author profile and should be read as extensions, not prerequisites, of this canonical overview.
