Each such Work is independently protected and governed by this License unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by the copyright holder. ⸻ 2. Ownership All right, title, and interest in and to the Works are and shall remain the exclusive property of Adrian Alan Baillargeon. No ownership or proprietary rights are transferred by access, download, visibility, citation, or reference. ⸻ 3. Copyright Protection The Works are protected worldwide under applicable copyright laws and international treaties, including the Berne Convention. Authorship and ownership are expressly asserted as of the date of creation of each Work. ⸻ 4. Reservation of Rights All rights not expressly granted are strictly reserved, including without limitation the rights to reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, adapt, translate, modify, reverse engineer, extract, commercialize, sublicense, train artificial intelligence systems on, or create derivative works from the Works, in whole or in part, in any medium now known or hereafter developed. ⸻ 5. Limited License Grant Permission is granted solely to view and download the Works for private, personal, or internal academic research purposes only. No other rights are granted. ⸻ 6. Retroactive Effect and Prior Access This License applies retroactively to any and all prior access, viewing, downloading, possession, or receipt of the Works, regardless of when such access occurred or under what platform conditions. Any person or entity who accessed or obtained the Works prior to the publication, update, or visibility of this License is hereby placed on notice that: • No license to use the Works was granted by such access, and • Any continued use, implementation, reproduction, dissemination, or derivation after notice of this License is expressly prohibited unless authorized by a separate written agreement. Continued possession does not imply permission. ⸻ 7. No Implied License from Public Availability Public availability, access, inspection, visibility, indexing, caching, archiving, or download of any Work—whether unrestricted, restricted, or platform-flagged—shall not be construed as a grant of any license, waiver, consent, or authorization beyond the limited rights expressly stated herein. ⸻ 8. The minimum consideration for such a license shall be: • USD $1,000,000,000 (One Billion United States Dollars) upfront; and • Ten percent (10%) of all gross revenue or value realized, direct or indirect, for the duration of copyright protection. No rights are granted unless and until such agreement is executed and consideration paid. ⸻ 10. Attribution Where use is expressly permitted, attribution must include the author’s full name (Adrian Alan Baillargeon), year of publication, title of the Work, and DOI or persistent identifier. Attribution alone does not imply permission. ⸻ 11. Termination Any violation of this License automatically terminates all rights granted herein. Upon termination, all use must cease and all copies must be destroyed or permanently deleted. ⸻ 12. No Warranty The Works are provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ⸻ 13.
