By mapping structural constraints to physically realizable outcomes, the model formalizes a set of predictive functions that restrict possible trajectories, making certain events inevitable given initial conditions. In classical physics, this allows the exact prediction of outcomes such as free-fall trajectories or energy-constrained motions, demonstrating that the flow of reality is constrained by proto-structural attractors rather than chance. In cognitive systems, consciousness is treated as an informational flow encoded in electrical currents and energy configurations. The model provides a unique mapping from these configurations to emergent firing patterns, making the evolution of conscious states predictable without violating quantum or No-Cloning constraints. This framework reveals that reality—both physical and informational—is mathematically constrained by universal structural attractors. Events are not arbitrary but follow deterministic paths defined by the proto-structure, allowing the possibility of predicting when and how phenomena will occur. It represents a groundbreaking unification of physical law, consciousness, and predictive modeling, extending the De Giuseppe Paradox series and providing the first explicit methodology to systematically forecast events in both matter and mind.
