Este manifiesto propone un primitivo físico mínimo para el puente cuántico–clásico: cierres persistentes que producen hechos publicables. La Máquina Ontológica es la máquina–reloj bona fide (principio hadrón–átomo) que funda comparabilidad y realidad clásica.
