— In recent years, the need for home cleaning services has increased due to busy work schedules, studies, and changing lifestyles. Many households are unable to manage regular cleaning on their own and depend on external help. However, most available cleaning services operate in an unorganized manner, which leads to problems such as delayed service, lack of trained workers, and inconsistent cleaning quality. This project focuses on understanding the existing home cleaning service process and identifying common issues faced by users and service providers. Based on this study, a simple and structured service model is considered to improve booking, cleaner assignment, and basic hygiene practices. The aim is to make the cleaning process more systematic and dependable. By organizing the workflow and maintaining minimum service standards, home cleaning services can become more reliable and useful for modern households. This project highlights how a well-managed cleaning service can help save time, improve cleanliness, and increase customer satisfaction.
