Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy tadqiqot Xorazm viloyatida COVID-19 infeksiyasini homiladorlik davrida oʻtkazgan onalardan tug‘ilgan chaqaloqlarda pnevmoniyaning klinik, patomorfologik va immunologik oʻziga xos xususiyatlarini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqot davomida neonatal davrda pnevmoniya bilan kasallangan chaqaloqlarning klinik belgilari, nafas yetishmovchiligi darajasi, rentgenologik va laborator ko‘rsatkichlari tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, homiladorlik davrida COVID-19 infeksiyasini oʻtkazgan onalarda yuzaga kelgan immun va gemodinamik o‘zgarishlar chaqaloqlarda pnevmoniyaning rivojlanish xavfini oshiradi va uning og‘ir kechishiga sabab bo‘lishi mumkin. Tadqiqot natijalari neonatologiya va pediatriya amaliyotida muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
