
Scripts in support of paper submission "Atmospheric rivers around Antarctica linked to daily global temperature spikes and dips" BASH scripts (.sh): These scripts support rapid processing of ERA5 NetCDF files using CDO. These scripts include regridding, area and temporal averaging, and standard deviation calculations to derive netCDFs used in IDL scripts. IDL scripts (.pro): Scripts used to make figures.
