VOYAGA YETMAGANLARNING HUQUQ VA MAJBURIYATLARI

Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada voyaga yetmagan shaxslarning huquq va majburiyatlari masalasi keng qamrovda tahlil qilinadi. Voyaga yetmaganlar jamiyatning alohida ijtimoiy guruhi sifatida davlat tomonidan maxsus himoyaga muhtoj hisoblanadi. Maqolada voyaga yetmaganlarning huquqiy maqomi, ularning asosiy huquqlari va majburiyatlari, milliy va xalqaro huquqiy hujjatlar asosida yoritib beriladi. Shuningdek, voyaga yetmaganlarning huquqiy madaniyatini oshirish, ularni huquqbuzarliklardan himoya qilish va jamiyat hayotida faol ishtirok etishga tayyorlash masalalariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, voyaga yetmaganlarning huquq va majburiyatlari o‘rtasidagi muvozanatni ta’minlash barqaror va qonun ustuvorligiga asoslangan jamiyatni shakllantirishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
