4K KO'NIKMALARINING MAZMUNI, MOHIYATI VA ULARNING TA'LIMDAGI O'RNI

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida muhim hisoblangan 4K ko‘nikmalar — tanqidiy fikrlash (critical thinking), ijodkorlik (creativity), hamkorlik (collaboration) va kommunikatsiya (communication) tushunchalarining mazmuni va mohiyati yoritilgan. Shuningdek, ushbu ko‘nikmalarning o‘quvchilarning shaxsiy va kasbiy rivojlanishidagi ahamiyati, ta’lim jarayoniga integratsiya qilish yo‘llari hamda o‘qituvchining roli tahlil qilingan. Maqola ta’lim sifatini oshirishda 4K ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirish zarurligini asoslab beradi.
