Abstract

Qandli diabet 2-turi surunkali metabolik kasallik bo‘lib, uzoq davom etishi mikroangiopatik asoratlar rivojlanishiga olib keladi. Ushbu maqolada Farg‘ona viloyatida yashovchi qandli diabet 2-tur bemorlarida mikroangiopatiyaning klinik kechishi va tarqalganlik darajasi o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot davomida diabetik nefropatiya, retinopatiya va neyropatiya uchrash chastotasi tahlil qilindi hamda glyukemik nazorat darajasi bilan bog‘liqligi baholandi. Olingan natijalar hududiy sharoitlarni inobatga olgan holda profilaktik chora-tadbirlarni kuchaytirish zarurligini ko‘rsatdi.
