
Resumen Este tratado formaliza la Teor´ıa STIS, demostrando paso a paso c´omo la materia bari´onica emerge de la diluci´on geom´etrica (L −4 ) de la Tensi´on de Planck. Se presentan los c´alculos expl´ıcitos que resuelven la masa del neutr´on como un residuo vibracional de 0,78 MeV y se establece la correlaci´on matem´atica entre la distribuci´on de los Ceros de Riemann y la estabilidad nuclear, explicando la abundancia del Hierro y la inestabilidad del Uranio.
