La representación de los edificios y espacios comerciales. Un planteamiento estratégico.

Abstract

El trabajo analiza cómo la representación visual de edificios y espacios comerciales se convierte en una herramienta estratégica para construir identidad de marca y dirigir el comportamiento del consumidor. Se estudian recursos como la composición fotográfica, el encuadre, la iluminación o el tratamiento del color, así como maquetas, renders y recorridos virtuales, para mostrar cómo configuran relatos espaciales que refuerzan valores de exclusividad, proximidad o sostenibilidad. A partir de distintos casos de estudio se propone un marco metodológico que integra diseño arquitectónico y comunicación comercial, orientado a optimizar la experiencia del usuario y la coherencia entre espacio físico, imagen proyectada y estrategia de marketing.
