
Mazkur maqolada «UZKAD» tizimining nazariy va uslubiy asoslari (ko'chmas mulkka bo'lgan huquqlarni davlat ro'yxatidan o'tkazishning integratsion axborot tizimi) va ularning O'zbekiston Respublikasida ko'chmas mulk kadastr pasportini raqamlashtirishda kartografiyani o'qitish metodikasiga ta'siri muhokama qilinadi. Tadqiqot GIS (ArcGIS, AutoCAD) va masofadan zondlash texnologiyalarini birlashtirish orqali zamonaviy ta'lim modellarini takomillashtirish imkoniyatlarini ilmiy asoslab berdi. Nazariy tahlil natijasida «UZKAD» tizimiga asoslangan interfaol usullardan foydalangan holda talabalarning fazoviy tahlil qobiliyatlari va kartografik modellashtirish samaradorligi sezilarli darajada yaxshilanishi aniqlandi. Ushbu yondashuv "Raqamli O'zbekiston-2030" strategiyasi va Geoinformatika sohasidagi global tendentsiyalarga mos keladi, shuningdek, yer haqidagi fanlarda raqamli transformatsiyaga yordam beradi.
