Abstract

В статье рассматривается современная система образования и воспитания как ключевой фактор профессионального становления личности в условиях глобализации, технологического прогресса и социально-экономических трансформаций. На основе анализа международного опыта раскрываются новые тенденции развития образовательных программ, компетентностного подхода, цифровой педагогики и воспитательных практик. Особое внимание уделено формированию универсальных компетенций XXI века, роли воспитания в процессе личностного роста и влиянию межкультурной образовательной среды на профессиональное развитие обучающихся. В тексте приведены аналитические выводы и практические рекомендации для совершенствования образовательной политики.
