TOVAR-XOMASHYO BIRJASIDA QO'LLANILADIGAN SHARTNOMA TURLARI VA ULARNING HUQUQIY-IQTISODIY XUSUSIYATLARI

Abstract

Mazkur tezisda tovar-xomashyo birjalarida qo‘llaniladigan asosiy shartnoma turlari hamda ularning huquqiyiqtisodiyxususiyatlari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda spot, forvard, fyuchers va opsion shartnomalariningmazmuni, tuzilish mexanizmlari hamda bozor ishtirokchilari faoliyatidagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Shartnoma turlarining huquqiyasoslari va iqtisodiy funksiyalari o‘zaro bog‘liqlikda ko‘rib chiqilib, ularning narx shakllanishi, risklarni boshqarish vabozor barqarorligini ta’minlashdagi ahamiyati asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari tovar-xomashyo birjalari faoliyatidashartnoma mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish va ularni xalqaro standartlarga moslashtirish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
