Abstract

Har birimiz qanday kasb egasi bo‘lishimizdan qat’iy nazar, psixologik bilimlarga ega bo‘lishimizni kasbimiz va zamon ham talab qiladi. Qaysi sohada faoliyat olib bormasin, inson o‘zini muntazam nazorat qila olishi va muomala madaniyatiga ega bo‘lishi darkor. Ayniqsa, pedagoglar va rahbar xodimlarga bu borada juda kuchli talablar qo‘yiladi. Zero, jamiyatning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy ravnaqi aynan rahbar xodimlar faoliyati bilan bog‘liq. Shunday ekan, rahbar butun bir jamiyatni harakatga keltiruvchi kuch sifatida o‘z sohasini mukammal darajada bilishi, bilim va malakaga ega bo‘lishi, hamisha zimmasiga yuklatilgan vazifasini yodida saqlashi va aslo xatoga yo‘l qo‘ymasligi kerak. Bu borada rahbar o‘z kompetentsiyasiga ega bo‘lishi juda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Xo‘sh, kompetentlik o‘zi nima? Rahbar xodimlar kompetentligi to‘g‘risida juda ko‘plab fikrlar mavjud bo‘lib, ularning barchasi mazmunan va shaklan turlicha talqin qilinadi. Bizning fikrimizcha, kompetentlik – bu soha egasining kasbiy bilim, ko‘nikma, malaka, shuningdek, shaxsiy sifat va fazilatlar integratsiyasidir. Demak, rahbar nazariy bilim va amaliy ko‘nikmaga ega bo‘lishi, shuningdek, uning qanday strategiya va usullarni qo‘llashi, muomala madaniyati, jamoasiga nisbatan motivatsiyasi, his-tuyg‘ulari, boshqarish jarayonidagi murakkab muammolarni hal qila olishi uning kompetentligini belgilab beradi. Ta’kidlash joizki, bugungi kunda maktabgacha va maktab ta’lim muassasasining rahbar va pedagog xodimlari quyidagi metodologik bilimlarga asoslanishi talab etiladi:
