Abstract

文章以「如果能選擇,我情願不來人間」這句在社交媒體上廣泛流傳的話語為切入點,試圖從社會學視角解析八零後世代的生存處境。作者透過統計數據、個案訪談與制度分析,呈現八零後作為改革開放後的「夾縫世代」,在教育、就業、房產、養老、婚戀與心理健康等多重領域承受的結構性壓力。 八零後既未享受前輩的福利制度,也未能完全搭上後輩的數位紅利。他們面臨學歷貶值、職場競爭加劇、房價與收入剪刀差擴大、獨生子女帶來的「4-2-1」養老負擔,以及婚戀市場的經濟化與家庭支持系統的萎縮。這些壓力交織,使得八零後普遍感受到焦慮、倦怠與孤獨。 文章最後指出,八零後的困境並非個體失敗,而是制度轉型成本的集中承擔。這一代人的疲憊與厭世感,是對生活質量的理性質疑,也是對結構性壓力的無聲抗議。作者藉此反問:如果一代人必須用一生消化制度轉型的代價,那下一代是否仍將如此?
