Lymph node tissue samples were obtained from surgical specimens of patients undergoing curative-intent resection at Boston Medical Center. Samples were selected for imaging mass cytometry (IMC) to profile and compare spatial features across patients with different tumor stages and across lymph node locations. FFPE tissue sections were stained with a panel of 40 metal-conjugated antibodies and imaged using the Hyperion Imaging System at a spatial resolution of 1 μm and an ablation frequency of 200 Hz.
