ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКАЯ ОЦЕНКА ЭКСПЛУАТАЦИОННОЙ УСТОЙЧИВОСТИ МАЛОМОЩНЫХ СЕТЕВЫХ СОЛНЕЧНЫХ ФОТОЭЛЕКТРИЧЕСКИХ СТАНЦИЙ В УСЛОВИЯХ УЗБЕКИСТАНА

Abstract

В статье проводится экономическая оценка эксплуатационной устойчивости маломощных сетевыхфотоэлектрических станций в условиях Республики Узбекистан за период 2024—2025 гг. Представленыколичественные взаимосвязи между показателями надёжности, включая фактическую выработку и потеривследствие простоев, и экономическими параметрами функционирования, в том числе затратами на техническоеобслуживание, потерями доходов от генерации и приведённой себестоимостью электроэнергии. Показано, чтоповышение эксплуатационной устойчивости солнечных фотоэлектрических станций на 1-3 процентных пунктав исследуемый период приводило к снижению потерь выработки до 8 %, что, в свою очередь, обеспечивалосокращение приведённой себестоимости электроэнергии на 7-12 %. Обосновано, что эксплуатационнаяустойчивость должна рассматриваться не только как техническая, но и как финансово-экономическая категория
