The dataset contains three-dimensional point clouds obtained through terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) for monitoring the structural development of grapevines (Vitis vinifera L.) at nine phenological stages, from April 2024 to January 2025. Data were collected in a vineyard plot in Vila Real, Portugal, in two rows of Touriga Nacional and Viosinho varieties. The area scanned with TLS includes 52 grapevines, of which 38 were assessed for ground-truth metrics such as leaf area index (measured at BBCH 89), grape production (number of bunches, average cluster weight, total yield), and pruning biomass, along with the geographical coordinates of each plant. TLS point clouds were acquired using a Leica BLK360 G1 scanner, and the data are organized by growth stage and BBCH code. Additionally, raw imagery, photogrammetric point clouds, and orthorectified raster products from a UAV flight campaign conducted at BBCH 89 using two platforms (DJI P4 Multispectral and DJI Mavic 3T) are provided, covering the entire vineyard plot.
