This document is a KOALA Diamond Open Access Service Agreement for a National Contact Point. In practice, it allows German KOALA nodes to establish foreign consortial organization as providers of KOALA bundles in the area geographical area of work. It grant freedom in the tiering and financial model, advertisement and handling of members of the consortium. It grants the right to use the name and advertise the KOALA offers only in specific geographical areas. For more details, cf. the document itself.
