Hacia el autoconcepto y autoeficacia creativos de los futuros docentes desde su formación musical inicial

Abstract

El fomento de la creatividad en los estudiantes universitarios, particularmente en la formación docente, se considera actualmente un desafío clave. Implementar programas educativos centrados en la creatividad no solo favorece el desarrollo de habilidades pedagógicas y creativas, sino que también permite la generación de soluciones innovadoras en el contexto profesional (Sydykova et al., 2018). En este sentido, la educación artística ofrece un terreno fértil para estimular la creatividad personal del futuro docente (Trujillo Galea y Juárez Ramos, 2024). A través de experiencias que apelan a procesos mentales, emocionales y sensoriales, se potencia su sensibilidad, empatía y necesidad de autoexpresión. La música, en particular, presenta beneficios adicionales en términos de socialización, disfrute colectivo y bienestar emocional, impactando incluso en la vida social de los estudiantes (Kokotsaki, 2011).Frente a esta necesidad, se diseñó una intervención didáctica centrada en la creatividad musical, con el objetivo de desarrollar el autoconcepto, la autoeficacia y la identidad creativa de los futuros docentes. Esta intervención se estructuró mediante actividades educativas innovadoras, con énfasis en la exploración sonora y musical, como herramientas para fortalecer la confianza y competencia de los estudiantes en su capacidad creativa.De este modo, se planteó como pregunta de investigación si es posible mejorar el autoconcepto, la autoeficacia y la identidad creativa de los futuros docentes mediante la implementación de una intervención basada en actividades musicales y sonoras creativas. La respuesta a esta interrogante permitirá avanzar hacia una formación docente más integral, donde la creatividad ocupe un lugar central en la construcción de la identidad profesional.
