This repository provides four Python scripts for analyzing the atmospheric impacts of Atlantic Niño/Niña variability. The workflow includes ATL3 index calculation, ENSO signal removal, regression-based diagnostics, Takaya-Nakamura wave activity flux computation, and quasi-geostrophic refractive index analysis. All scripts follow a unified preprocessing strategy involving detrending, seasonal averaging, and statistical testing.
