Abstract

Ushbu maqolada adolat tushunchasining huquqiy, falsafiy va ijtimoiy mohiyati zamonaviy hamda tarixiy yondashuvlar asosida tahlil qilingan. Maqolada Sharq renessansi mutafakkirlari Forobiy, Amir Temur va Alisher Navoiyning adolat haqidagi qarashlari G‘arbning zamonaviy huquqiy maktablari (Jon Rouls nazariyasi) bilan qiyoslanadi. Shuningdek, turli huquqiy oilalarda (romano-german, anglo-sakson va islom huquqi) adolat talqinining farqli jihatlari hamda O‘zbekistonning yangilangan Konstitutsiyasidagi "Inson qadri uchun" tamoyilining amaliy ahamiyati yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda protsessual adolat va ekologik adolat kabi zamonaviy yo‘nalishlarga ham alohida e’tibor qaratilgan.
