XORIJIY INVESTISIYALARNI JALB QILISHDA TIJORAT BANKLARINING ROLI

Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada xorijiy investitsiyalarni jalb qilish jarayonida tijorat banklarining o‘rni Biznesni rivojlantirish banki ATB misolida tadqiq etiladi. Tadqiqotda bankning xorijiy investorlar bilan ishlashdagi institutsional mexanizmlari, investitsiya loyihalarini moliyalashtirishdagi amaliy tajribasi hamda real sektorni qo‘llab-quvvatlashdagi funksional imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada “Biznesni rivojlantirish banki” ATBning investitsiya loyihalarini bankable holatga keltirish, uzoq muddatli va sindikatsiyalangan moliyalashtirishni tashkil etish, savdo moliyasi va bank kafolatlari orqali investorlar uchun moliyaviy xavflarni kamaytirishdagi roli yoritib beriladi. Shuningdek, bank faoliyatining O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotiga xorijiy investitsiyalar oqimini jalb etishdagi ta’siri baholanib, bank tizimi orqali investitsiya muhitini yanada yaxshilashga qaratilgan ilmiy-amaliy xulosalar va takliflar ishlab chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari tijorat banklarining, xususan “Biznesni rivojlantirish banki” ATBning xorijiy investitsiyalarni jalb etishdagi strategik ahamiyatini asoslab beradi.
