Archived notes documenting an early hypothesis that Earth-Moon barycentric dynamics might explain spacecraft flyby anomalies. The framework was overparameterized and did not produce robust predictions. This version is a methodological postmortem preserved for completeness. For the flyby anomaly literature, see Anderson et al. (2008) and Hasse et al. (2009).
