Abstract

В статье анализируются действующие формы государственной поддержки сельского хозяйства России – субсидирование, льготное кредитование и налоговое стимулирование, оцениваются их масштаб, результаты и ограничения, а также предлагаются направления институциональной настройки указанных механизмов в условиях высокой макроэкономической и климатической неопределённости.

The article analyzes the current forms of state support for agriculture in Russia – subsidies, preferential loans and tax incentives, assesses their scale, results and limitations, and suggests ways to adjust these mechanisms institutionally in conditions of high macroeconomic and climatic uncertainty.
