D3.1 Handbook for implementation and replication of Citizen Science Labs and Behavioural Change Interventions

Abstract

This deliverable describes the main sets of activities to be carried out by the SPOON Citizen Science Labs in 6 European pilot regions following the SPOON methodological framework. The framework combines Citizen Science and LivingLabs methodologies. CSLs will firstly implement Citizen Science projects to then co-design Behavioural Change Interventions to contribute to reach improved food systems in each region. *This deliverable has not yet been officially approved by the European Commission and should be considered a draft.
