
This activity aims to design a payroll and wage accounting information system using Microsoft Visual basic at PT Sugih Rahayu Bahagia to address issues in the existing manual system, such as calculation errors, delayed payments, and data inefficiency. Data collection methods include direct observation and interviews with company personnel. The developed system includes six main tables and several interactive forms such as employee data, attendance, payroll transactions, and pay slip generation. Testing shows the system performs automated calculations based on position and attendance, stores data in a structured format, and generates accurate and timely Reports. In conclusion, the system improves efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in payroll processes. It is recommended that the company conduct user training and continue system development, including integration with biometric technology and automated tax features.
