The HyperCubeHarmonic—an interactive 4D virtual instrument inspired by the Rubik’s Cube, with its sonic output shaped by data from a custom-designed quantum logic gate implemented by a quantum circuit—was used as the basis for a Networked Music Performance (NMP) titled ‘Telematic City Jam - Glasgow’. This performance was recorded telematically using SonoBus NMP platform, then mixed and mastered for broadcast as part of the Radiophrenia 2025 festival. Here, we describe concept, method, and realisation of that musical piece. The concept and performance demonstrate how quantum computing can be incorporated into NMP, creative music systems and telematic improvisational frameworks.
