G₅ - Null-Regime Misclassification - Judgment on Structural Invariance Interpreted as Adaptation

Abstract

This paper defines the boundary case in which structural invariance under recurrence (Ψ = 0) is misclassified as adaptation, learning, or progress. It establishes the null regime as a distinct structural condition and demonstrates that state-level variation or stability does not constitute admissible structural change. Decisions that attribute adaptive capacity to invariant structures are classified as structurally inadmissible.
