D2.4 Data Governance Framework

Abstract

This deliverable presents the first version of the SPOON Data Governance Framework, developed to ensuretrustworthy, interoperable, and citizen-centered data governance within the SPOON digital toolset. Theframework builds upon European Union data regulations, especially GDPR policies. It is structured around five key principles: User Control, GDPR Compliance, Transparency and Trust, Ethical Handling, and Scalability and Interoperability. *This deliverable has not yet been officially approved by the European Commission and should be considered a draft.
