Abstract

Ushbu maqolada oshqozon rakida o‘simta mikromuhitining tarkibi va uning kasallik biologiyasiga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. O‘sma hujayralari atrofida shakllanadigan immun, stromal va tomir komponentlari o‘smaning o‘sishi, invaziyasi va tarqalishini qanday boshqarishi ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, mikromuhit o‘sma hujayralari uchun faqat fon emas, balki ularning xatti-harakatini belgilovchi faol tizimdir. Ayniqsa immun supressiya, angiogenez va stromal faollik oshqozon rakining agressiv kechishiga hissa qo‘shadi. Ushbu yondashuv kasallikni tushunishda va davolash strategiyalarini ishlab chiqishda muhim nazariy va amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
