CHRONON-1 Scientific Pipeline v1.0.1 Patch release focusing exclusively on reproducibility, CI robustness, and code hygiene. This version fixes the execution environment and lint issues identified after the v1.0.0 proof-package release. No scientific logic, models, algorithms, or analysis results were modified. 🔬 Reproducibility & CI Locked execution environment: CI runs on a single canonical setup (Ubuntu, Python 3.11). Pinned dependencies: reproducibility ensured via a dedicated repro dependency group. Golden record enforced: bit-for-bit comparison of results.json against the canonical checksum. Explicit diagnostics: CI reports library versions and provides readable diffs on failure. 🧹 Code Hygiene Full lint compliance (ruff) for chronon_core/ and tests/. Removal of unused imports, dead variables, and ambiguous constructs. Replacement of bare except statements with explicit exception handling. Formatting cleanup without altering computational behavior. 🎯 Scope This release is a pure maintenance and reproducibility fix. It introduces no new features and does not alter any scientific assumptions, methods, or outputs. 🚀 Quickstart (unchanged) chronon1 reproduce --config configs/toy.yml 📦 Artifacts CI uploads the reports/ directory as a build artifact for tagged runs. Docker-based replication: docker compose up
