
Protein sequence relationships identified using a fast Smith-Waterman algorithm combined with maximum-scoring spanning trees to reveal links between sequence clusters. These connections appear to have been missed by standard annotation pipelines. The dataset includes proposed Swiss-Prot annotation updates.
