Abstract

Mazkur maqolada mitoxondriyalarda oksidlanishli fosforlanish jarayonining molekulyar mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Elektron transport zanjiri komplekslari (I–IV), ubixinon va sitoxrom c orqali elektronlarning NADH va FADH₂ dan kislorodgacha uzatilishi, protonlarning ichki mitoxondriyal membrana bo‘ylab pompalanishi hamda hosil bo‘lgan proton-harakatlantiruvchi kuch hisobiga ATP sintezlanishi jarayonlari izchil yoritilgan. Shuningdek, respirator nazorat, coupling va uncoupling mexanizmlari, reaktiv kislorod turlari hosil bo‘lishi hamda OXPHOS disfunktsiyasining hujayra fiziologiyasi va patologiyasidagi o‘rni muhokama qilinadi.
