All processed data and analysis code for the paper "Group-level phenotypes are idiosyncratic yet unpredictable over development in a clonal fish". ConciseSupplementalStats.pdf contains all the code and (most) model output for the statistical analysis. Because we use heterogenous residual variance—modeling residual variance at each day of the experiment—, the full MCMCglmm plots are extensive. All of those can be found in SupplementalStatsFullOutput.pdf. AllCodeWithPython.zip contains all the processed data and the code necessary for the statistical analysis (including a README.md file explaining everything). groupCSVs-filtered.zip contains the raw tracks for each day, so that you can reprocess the data from scratch. Original videos will be uploaded prior to publication (Zenodo has a known difficulty with large file sizes. We're looking into our options). See https://doi.org/10.64898/2026.02.03.700030
