Impacto digital en micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas productoras de orquídeas nativas en Fusagasugá, Colombia

Abstract

Las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas viveristas de orquídeas nativas en Fusagasugá presentan limitaciones para integrarse a entornos digitales, lo que restringe su crecimiento comercial y visibilidad en el mercado. El objetivo de este estudio fue diseñar un modelo de transformación digital que fortalezca la comercialización del sector mediante herramientas tecnológicas adaptadas a sus necesidades territoriales. La investigación se desarrolló bajo una metodología aplicada, utilizando encuestas estructuradas a 20 viveristas seleccionados por conveniencia, considerando variables como uso de redes sociales, canales de venta, disposición tecnológica y conocimientos en comercio electrónico. Los resultados muestran que, aunque el 85% utiliza redes sociales para promover sus productos, el 80% no posee sitio web y el 60% nunca ha implementado comercio electrónico. A partir de estas evidencias se propone un modelo de transformación digital orientado a mejorar la gestión comercial, ampliar la visibilidad en línea y facilitar la integración progresiva de tecnologías en los viveros del sector.
