Abstract

FR CORPUS AXIAL — Conformité & Gouvernance Opérationnelle Ce document présente un cadre opératoire de gouvernance et de conformité pour systèmes complexes et IA non décisionnelles, fondé sur la souveraineté humaine, l’auditabilité interne et la traçabilité structurelle. Le corpus définit des invariants non négociables (non-décisionnalité, conditions d’arrêt, audit cognitif) et propose une architecture fermée, opposable par tiers, sans dépendance à des certifications externes. Conçu comme un système opératoire vivant — et non comme une métrique scientifique — il vise la prévention des dérives cognitives, institutionnelles et interprétatives, tout en restant compatible avec les cadres normatifs internationaux existants. Usage : gouvernance, audit, conformité, recherche indépendante.Exclusions explicites : décision médicale, automatisation normative, usage clinique direct. EN CORPUS AXIAL — Compliance & Operational Governance This document presents an operational framework for governance and compliance of complex systems and non-decision-making AI, grounded in human sovereignty, internal auditability, and structural traceability. The corpus defines non-negotiable invariants (non-decision-making, stop conditions, cognitive audit) and proposes a closed architecture, opposable by third parties, without reliance on external certifications. Designed as a living operating system — not as a scientific metric — it aims to prevent cognitive, institutional, and interpretative drifts, while remaining compatible with existing international normative frameworks. Use cases: governance, audit, compliance, independent research.Explicit exclusions: medical decision-making, normative automation, direct clinical use.
