It also helps in focusing on the productivity, employee retention, job satisfaction and the organizational culture. HR has a huge role for a sustaining organizational culture and employee engagement which is multi - oriented and a strategic part of the organization that includes talent management, on-boarding, retention and productivity which afterwards changes on to sustainability which supports in promoting a good work culture in the organization. Organizational culture is the basic and vital foundation for good performing organization that has influence on employee’s behaviour and their commitment in the organization which also boosts their morale level for work.
