
Ushbu ilmiy maqolada bo‘lajak boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilarini kasbiy faoliyatga tayyorlash masalasi zamonaviy innovatsion yondashuvlar kontekstida tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada innovatsion texnologiyalar, raqamli pedagogika, kompetensiyaviy modeli asosida o‘qituvchi tayyorlash tamoyillari keng yoritiladi. Finlandiya, Singapur, Janubiy Koreya, Estoniya kabi yetakchi davlatlarning boshlang‘ich ta’lim sohasidagi ilg‘or tajribalari chuqur tahlil qilinib, O‘zbekiston sharoitida ularni joriy etishning imkoniyatlari va mexanizmlari asoslab beriladi. Tadqiqot davomida CLIL, STEAM, mediata’lim, reflektiv yondashuv, gamifikatsiya, mikromodulli o‘qitish kabi metodlarning o‘qituvchi kompetensiyalarini shakllantirishdagi roli o‘rganiladi.
