Abstract

In this research, we explored the role of artificial intelligence in the field of crime, demonstrating that modern technologies have a significant capacity to analyze criminal data and predict crimes with high accuracy, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of public safety and criminal justice. The study also addressed the ethical and legal challenges associated with the applications of artificial intelligence in this context, such as data privacy protection and ensuring fairness and transparency in the use of criminal predictions. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of striking a balance between leveraging the benefits of modern technologies and safeguarding individuals’ fundamental rights, which requires further research and development in relevant policies and legislation.
