Educando en tiempos de violencia: Mecanismos de acción pedagógica para la educación secundaria

Abstract

El estudio se centra en analizar los mecanismos de acción pedagógica para la educación secundaria en tiempos de violencia en el Estado Zulia, Venezuela, para ello se establecieron varios objetivos especı́ficos como; identificar los factores que influyen en este fenómeno, analizar los enfoques pedagógicos para abordarlo y determinar sus consecuencias. Se utilizó un enfoque positivista descriptivo, empleando un cuestionario con tres opciones de respuesta para recopilar datos de 108 docentes y 12 directivos de tres escuelas en Maracaibo. Los resultados se analizaron con métodos estadı́sticos y tablas de Excel. Se encontraron deficiencias en la prevención, educación, polı́ticas, intervención temprana y participación comunitaria, sugiriendo un enfoque más preventivo que reactivo. La investigación destaca la necesidad de polı́ticas y programas educativos más efectivos y preventivos para abordar la violencia escolar de manera integral. El estudio revela la importancia de abordar la violencia escolar de manera preventiva, centrándose en la educación y la participación comunitaria. Se sugiere desarrollar polı́ticas y programas educativos que promuevan un ambiente escolar seguro y saludable, fomentando la resolución pacı́fica de conflictos y la inclusión de todos los actores educativos en la prevención de la violencia. Además, se resalta la importancia de la intervención temprana y la implementación de medidas efectivas para abordar las causas subyacentes de la violencia escolar.
