Lernförderliches Feedback in der Hochschullehre: Methoden, Praxisbeispiele und Perspektiven
Der Beitrag beleuchtet verschiedene Dimensionen von Feedback vor dem Hintergrund, wie Dozierende dieses in der Hochschullehre lernförderlich gestalten können. Es wird erörtert, wie Feedback konstruktiv aufgebaut werden kann, und vertieft die Aspekte multimediales Feedback, Peer-Feedback, Aufbau einer Feedbackkultur sowie Einholen von Feedback der Studierenden. Diese Aspekte werden mit Good-Practice-Beispielen aus den verschiedenen Hochschulen belegt, die einen Einblick in die Feedbackpraxis bieten. Ziel dieses Beitrags ist es, Dozierenden hilfreiche Hinweise zu ihrer Feedbackpraxis zu geben.
