WebGIS-Framework für multidimensionale Bestands- und Potenzialanalysen in der Wärmeplanung

Abstract

WebGIS-Frameworks können die kommunale Wärmeplanung durch integrierte, multidimensionale Bestands- und Potenzialanalysen beschleunigen und standardisieren. Der „HAWK Kompass für nachhaltige Wärmeversorgung“ (Heating-Compass) wird als Open-Data-basiertes WebGIS-Framework vorgestellt, das Gebäude- und Potenzialdaten nach FAIR-Prinzipien integriert, flexible energetische Quartiersanalysen im Browser ermöglicht und reproduzierbare Auswertungen bereitstellt. Methodisch werden 22 Datensätze aus 15 Quellen zusammengeführt, räumlich verschnitten, statistisch korreliert, algorithmisch berechnet und in eine interaktive Webanwendung überführt. Das Ergebnis ist ein erstmals frei zugängliches WebGIS-Tool für die Wärmeplanung in Niedersachsen mit 138 Attributen, das konsistente Analysen, Szenarienbildung und datenbasierte Entscheidungen unterstützt.
