Article type: Case series Female sexual dysfunction represents a frequent and underdiagnosed clinical challenge, with substantial repercussions on quality of life, mental health, and relational stability. Despite its high prevalence, available therapeutic interventions remain limited, and many women lack access to effective or neurophysiologically grounded approaches. In recent years, non-invasive pelvic stimulation technologies have emerged as promising tools for modulating female sexual response through peripheral sensory and muscular neuromodulation. This manuscript presents the findings of the MOREX Clinical Series, describing the experience of 107 adult heterosexual women in stable relationships who completed an eight-week protocol using pneumatic stimulation (Satisfyer Pro 2) and focal vibratory stimulation devices (Mini Emma Svakom). Five representative cases were selected for descriptive and narrative analysis, complemented by a targeted PubMed search (2017–2024) on female sexual neuromodulation. The series demonstrated consistent improvement in perceived sexual satisfaction (VAS 5.3 to 8.7), reappearance of spontaneous desire, optimization of lubrication, and strengthening of emotional connection with partners, with no adverse events reported. These findings suggest that pneumatic and vibratory stimulation represent a safe, accessible, and physiologically coherent therapeutic alternative, and support the need for controlled studies to validate their effectiveness and explore underlying neurophysiological mechanisms
