This repository contains the repeat catalogs that can be used for our computational pipeline, ECHO, for comprehensive human repeatome profiling using ONT data. The catalogs are compiled from published resources (see manifest.yaml for sources) and adapted to ensure compatibility with tools in the pipeline. They define the genomic loci where genotyping and/or methylation profiling is performed. For more information, please have a look at the ECHO GitHub page.
