
Sarcoidosis-like Reaction in a Patient Treated with Pembrolizumab for Advanced Adenocarcinoma of the Lung}\\ Sarcoidosis is a rare toxicity of immunotherapy. Attention must be paid to the different manifestations in order to start treatment in time and avoid confusing it with tumour progression. It is usually well controlled with corticosteroid treatment, assessing in each case whether or not to continue immunotherapy. A review of the current state of the art is carried out, illustrating a clinical case.
La sarcoidosis es una toxicidad poco frecuente de la inmunoterapia. Es necesario prestar atención a las diferentes manifestaciones para iniciar el tratamiento a tiempo y evitar confundirla con la progresión tumoral. Normalmente se controla bien con tratamiento corticoideo, valorando en cada caso si mantener o no la inmunoterapia. Se lleva a cabo una revisión del estado del arte, ilustrando un caso clínico.
