Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida ekologik siyosatning shakllanishi, rivojlanish bosqichlari hamda uning huquqiy asoslari tizimli va ilmiy-tahliliy yondashuv asosida yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda mustaqillikning dastlabki yillaridan boshlab mamlakatda yuzaga kelgan asosiy ekologik muammolar, xususan Orol dengizi inqirozi, atmosfera havosining ifloslanishi, yer va suv resurslarining degradatsiyasi davlat siyosati kontekstida tahlil qilingan.
