The dataset contains CellSens .vsi files of pollen seeds from Olympus SpinSR10 microscoscope obtained in super-resolution mode (additional 3.2x magnification) with the 40x/0.95 objective. The images with 20MLE in name were deconvolved using CellSens 4.4.1 Constrained Iterative method for Olympus Super Resolution on spinning disk. After deconvolution, the intensities are displayed as floating point values in CellSens, but the same data loaded with Bio-Formats to Fiji or Python (bioio-bioformats) are integer and scaled compared to CellSens, with the scaling factor different for each image. The problem is discussed on image.sc with more details: https://forum.image.sc/t/cellsens-deconvolved-images-vsi-float-loaded-with-inconsistent-intensity-scaling-via-bio-formats
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
